Job Description

Payment System

We will establish payment system for matching company's purposes. We will propose wage rise, promotion and rating system linking with appraisal result of performance and bonus. We will coach operation of wage rise and promotion.


Personnel Interview

Each employees have various requirements for job position, position transfer, future's carrier pass and opinions to the boss.@Generally Japanese management leave personnel matters to local HR manager because of local staff's hesitation to express opinions to Japanese management directly. We will conduct interview with staff and make staff profile report.


Labor Agreement

Establishment and revision of HR system is closely related with labor agreement. Labor agreement is very important contract to define duty and responsibility of labor and management. We will give you advices based on our experience. We can introduce lawyer for special consultation in labor law. We will not be a negotiator for individual labor problems, but can introduce local specific consultant if necessary.
