Pillar 1: BPR and Internal Control

	BPR Project
	Business Process Reengineering is not only to increase your corporate efficiency but also starting point for all strategies. All employees will be involved to create ideas to reduce cost and increase profitability of you company. Our consultant will guide the project.

	Internal Control Project
	Corporate management must be well balanced between profit making and risk control. Compliance requirement for Internal Control (e.g. J-SOX) is the legal requirement that companies must comply with. Even your company is not categorized under the law now, Internal Control is the highly important matter and worth to think that sometime you must comply with.

Categorized companies under the law must create documents in which of all jobs process and risks affecting financial report must be written. It is also required to create and implement countermeasures (new job process) to mitigate risks. Companies must implement self-evaluation of new job process and be audited by external auditor for the result. Our consultants including our system consultant will examine job flows together with company employees and provide coaching for self-evaluation works required by J-SOX.

	ERP
	We will support in installation and use of ERP package software that consolidate accounting with jobs such as purchase, sales and production. We will offer integrated services from making basic design at initial stage, introduction of new system, data transfer, trial testing, producing manuals until training your employees.

	IT Overall Control (e.g. J-SOX)
	System Control is indispensable to comply with J-SOX requirements. We will provide various advices including Strategic System Plan, Organization for System Works, and System Audit.

Pillar 3: HR Consulting

We will create HR plans for efficient use and development of human resources. Our consultant with his experience in Japan, USA and Indonesia will support you to create unique HR Programs. Our services will include Performance Review, Compensation, Employee Benefit and Collective Labor Agreement.
